Dr. Arora

Sanjeev Arora, MD

Sanjeev Arora, M.D. is a Diplomat of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and American Board of Pain Medicine. He obtained his medical education in India, including a specialization in Orthopedics Surgery. He practiced as an Orthopedic Surgeon in India before moving to North America. He then further completed his internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Buffalo. He further obtained subspecialty certification in Pain Management. He was actively involved in research and resident training and teaching since 2006 before starting his own practice in December 2013. Dr. Arora is currrently only seeing accident-related and work-related injury patients. He is not seeing patients who have health insurance plans contracted under FPAN.

Daniel Sipple, DO

Dr. Daniel Sipple is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation with sub-specialty board certification in pain medicine. He trained at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, now the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, the #1 rated rehabilitation hospital in US News and World Report over 20 years running. He served on faculty at Northwestern University Medical School while working at RIC’s American Academy of Pain Medicine Center of Excellence. He subsequently practiced in Denver Colorado for two years, working along side former team physicians of the Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies. Thereafter, at the Mayo Clinic in Eau Claire, Wisconsin via the Pain Clinic of NW Wisconsin. He served at the medical director the Health East Spine Center, and service line medical director over Neurosurgery, Behavioral Health, Pain and Spine for the health system. Dr. Sipple is the co-founder of InSitu Biologics, and co-inventor of INSB 200, sustained release non-opiate pain killer for post operative pain set to enter phase I FDA clinical trials in 2022. He is the patient holder in safe needle technology and the founder of Acies Medical. He served on the Board of Directors for the Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics, a NASA Spinout, and part of President Obama’s BRAIN Initiative. In that capacity has presented to the United States Congress, the California Legislature, the White House, along with world leaders at the Neuroscience 20 Summit in conjunction with the G20 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Osaka Japan. SBMT think tank papers that Dr. Sipple has co-authored have been recognized by the WHO, including a leading position paper on COVID 19. SBMT’s Brain Technology Park Initiative seeks to place the United States as global leaders in neurotech, and is supported by DARPA, NASA, Los Alamos National Labs, Lawrence Livermore National Labs, and more.

Dr. Yuven Lukong, DNP

Dr. Yuven Lukong   Graduated from The college of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN with honors as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). He specialized in the family medicine course work. Since graduating in May 2020, Lukong has worked as a co-clinical lead for Vault Health Medical Services- and now helps improve quality of life of the masses through comprehensive pain management at Minnesota Institute for Pain Management. Yuven Lukong enjoys helping others and holds a BSN from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. He is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. 

Mitch Carlson, PT

Mitch is passionate about the profession of physical therapy and is dedicated to his patients and their recovery.  He uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise and a strong knowledge of orthopedics to assist and empower patients to live full, functional and pain-free lifestyles. He uses treatment interventions that are individualized to the needs of each patient.  Mitch believes that patient education is a critical aspect of care, giving the patient the knowledge and tools to stay healthy today and throughout their lives.  Mitch’s special interests include non-operative and post-operative care of the spine, shoulder, hip and knee. 

Mitch has over 35 years of physical therapy experience.  He is a Minnesota native, growing up in the Red River Valley in the northwestern part of the state.  He received his training at the University of Minnesota and spent his early years providing care for the employees of the City of St. Paul, the St. Paul Fire and Police Departments, professional athletes from the Minnesota North Stars and Minnesota Twins as well as for those hurt at work, at play or in motor vehicle accidents.  He and his family moved to New York where Mitch owned his own private practice.  After 25 years in New York, he recently moved back to Minnesota to be closer to family.

In his free time Mitch enjoys playing golf, lifting weights, hiking, playing with his bulldog Griff and spending time with family and friends.
