Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Full or Part time

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is to assess patients (including medical histories and physical examinations); make diagnoses related to pain conditions; initiate/manage treatment plans via prepare physician orders, request/evaluate/interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, provide patient education, and office-based injections.

Position Qualifications:
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Minnesota (MN-APRN)--OR--Current license as a Physician Assistant by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA Certification for the state of Minnesota
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Pain Management

The position is for full or part time where NP/PA can determine their own schedule within the scope of MIPM clinic hours (clinic hours Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm; Saturday option available upon discussion). MIPM is currently located in Roseville with a satellite clinic in Burnsville (NP/PA opportunity is to work at either/both).
